There were countless details that made this Montenegro wedding truly magical. The celebrations began with a welcome party on the iconic island of Sveti Stefan, perched above Montenegro’s dramatic coastline. From the moment guests arrived, the atmosphere felt alive — filled with curiosity, joy and anticipation.
The evening unfolded across multiple levels, with sketch artists, magicians and three different bands creating a layered, immersive experience. Guests lingered over exquisite food and drinks, shishas drifting through the warm night air, as laughter and music carried across the island.
Music was a central thread woven throughout the entire celebration, with the couple curating three days of performances by a diverse group of artists. Each moment felt intentional, expressive and deeply personal.
On the wedding day itself, I had the honour of singing alongside a small orchestra as Libby walked down the aisle. Performing Calico Skies in that moment felt effortless and true — the song seemed to belong there. Later in the ceremony, we introduced an acoustic interlude with First Day of My Life, offering a gentle pause that brought a sense of intimacy and reflection to the day.
One of my most cherished memories was catching Libby’s radiant smile during the song — a quiet, shared moment that felt suspended in time. It was a reminder of how deeply music can connect us, and how meaningful it is to be part of a moment that will live on in memory.
