We are having an intimate garden courtyard wedding ✨ <50 guests and black tie as the reception will go into the evening. 

The intercontinental will provide a stool for Renee. If you see the floor plan attached you are situated underneath a tree and at 4pm the sun will have passed and the courtyard will be in shade so shouldn't need an umbrella. If you think you will need anything else please let me know. I've also just found out Laura the intercontinental co-ordinator will be leaving and her replacement is taking over in a week so will update their details once I have them.

I have uploaded the floor plan as well as our run sheet to the form. Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions re: timings. 

For the aisle song: Nothing's Gonna Stop us Now (Acoustic) Grace George. I was thinking it would be nice to have this play 0:48 into the song and then my Dad and I walk out at the chorus (it's not a very big aisle) and end around 1:15. Let me know if you think that works or have any other suggestions :)

I also added a second signing song incase as I'm not sure how long the signing takes.

We are so excited to have you be apart of our wedding 💕 You were the first vendors I booked and the element I am most looking forward to on the day - apart from the actual getting married part ;) 

PS. I've added the backup floor plan if there is torrential rain on the day - but we won't be needing it because I'm manifesting perfect weather 😅
